Our showroom is currently appointment-only, but it's designed that way on purpose. One, our location is on the second floor with other appointment-only businesses. Two, we want you to have the absolute BEST experience you can have in here, without the intimidating stigma that may come with buying fine jewelry. This method allows us to give you undivided attention, and creates a cozy sort of, "shopping-in-your-friends-jewelry-box" sort of vibe.
We want to keep it relaxed and intentional - something that you may not find anywhere else in Cleveland, Ohio.
ABSOLUTELY! We have a "store pickup" option at checkout so you can avoid any additional charges. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you with a time to pick up your jewels.
Sadly, I (Jaeda) am not that cool. I curate my collections by scouring the fine jewelry world for my favorite independent designers that you can't find anywhere else in the area.
Oh yeah! This is one of our favorite things to do. If we can't find exactly what you're looking for, we can look into creating something custom with our uber talented Cleveland-based jeweler.
This is so fun! We do a lot of redesign work with clients who want to preserve stones or gold, but give it an upgrade into something they'll actually want to wear. The easiest way to see your possibilities is to BOOK an appointment so we can look at your pieces together.
Right now that answer is YES! Gold is at an all time high, so why not bring in your unworn pieces for trade in? We will offer you a cash price, OR an additional 25% back on a Porterfi gift card to be used on whatever your heart desires (and have you seen the pieces we have? Your heart will desire a lot FYI).
Admittedly, it's our favorite metal. HOWEVER we have started showcasing a few sterling silver and white gold pieces (especially amongst our Vintage & Estate Collection). If you're curious if a piece comes in a different metal, feel free to reach out as we can special order it for you if it's available!
