Refund policy
We are confident you're going to love your jewelry. However, we understand there may be circumstances where that might not be the case. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may choose to exchange the piece for an item of equal value, or obtain a PORTERFI gift card to be used at a future date, that totals the original amount of the purchase, or any lingering balance from an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All custom / special orders are Final Sale and will not be eligible for an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
